Founded on July 26th, 1988, CSSEMAA is a sub-association of China Electronics Society (CES). It is authorized by National Civil Administration. The authorized paper No. is 198, 1988. CSSEMAA is a countrywide social economy group with juridical person qualification. It consists of state-owned units from Electronics; Machinery; Posts and Telecommunications; Aviation; Spaceflight；Arms；Light industry which engaged in the manufacture of electrical machines and its assemblies; parts and materials; production and test equipments. All the units volunteered to participating CSSEMAA, which covers the field of enterprises, research institutes, colleges and universities. CSSEMAA is affiliated to China Electronics Technology Group Corporation No.21 Research Institute (Original: China No.21 Research Institute under the Ministry of Information Industry). The business of CSSEMAA is guided by CES and National Civil Administration.

Goals of CSSEMAA: As an intermediate, CSSEMAA serves its members, protects the lawful rights and interests of them and their trade, carry out the policies and laws of our country and boost the development of small motor industry.

Mission of CSSEMAA: Assist the government to guide the trade and accept the commitment of government. Make research work in the field of trade development, policy and law, quality criterion and make suggestions. Fully use the technology and human resource advantages of the trade and the wisdom of all member units, according to the open reform policy and the rule of socialism market economy. CSSEMAA is mainly engaged in the consulting activities, information interchange, human training, and regulate the relationships of trades, boost the development of technology, market, economy and production, we actively organize the communication activities with some civil organizations and manufacturers and develop the interchanges and co-operations with them on economy, technology and commerce.

Brief introduction of CSSEMAA: CSSEMAA is a knowledge-focused, technology-focused, labor-focused Association. It covers wide service range, application range and various sorts of products, connected with different specialties. It features high technic requirements and it is the essential groundwork of factory automatization, office automatization, home automatization and arm automatization, crucial electronic components and assemblies. Products of our members can be divided into four parts for small motors:

• 1．Small and special electrical machines with general use: Micro AC motors, micro DC motors, servo motors, Brushless DC Motors, stepping motors, synchronous motors, torque motors, tachometer generators, linear motors, ultrasonic motors, reluctance motors, geared-box motors, differential synchros, rotary transformers, angular displacement sensors, servo-tachometer generator assembly., etc Special micro motors used in home electric appliances, Autos, electric vehicles, computer and office automatization equipments, factory automatization, robots, audio-visual hi-fi equipments, stage lighting, photograph appliance, electric tools., etc
• 2．Controllers and drivers: speed-position controllers, speed-shifting drivers, stepping drivers, frequency conversion and timing drivers, artificial intelligence control systems. etc
• 3．Parts and main materials: axis, bearing, commentator, electric brush, shell, cover, pressing chip, stator and rotor, tachometer, plastic-modeling workpiece, die-casting, magnetic steel, electric conduction materials, insulation materials, bond and sinter materials., etc
• 4．Special equipment production and test equipments: winding machine and wire -embedding machine, commutator precision machine, stack machine, spot welding machine, magnetizer, static epoxy metalikon machine, paint-on machine, dynamic balancing machine, power testing machine, proof pressure testing machine, general testing machine. etc

After 40 years development of small and special electrical machines industry, especially great progress won during the 20 years of Open Reform Policy, small motor industry is now becoming a big production country of micro motors with large scale and full types. Our products have entered into the international markets and made great contributions for “the Four Modernizations” and national economy development.
