Company History

◇ Feb. 1987 Longkou Zhenhua Special Electrical Equipment Factory was registered with the investment of RMB 230,000; in Oct, the first automatic winding assembly was launched to Weihai Electrical Machine Factory;
◇ 1988 It undertook “slot inserter unit development” of National Spark Plan; it passed the inspection in 1990;
◇ 1990 The project “Inserted Line Technique & Equipment Research for Washing Machine” was appraised by National Industry Ministry of Mechanical-Electronic; it was renamed as Shandong Longkou Electrical Machinery Factory;
◇ Aug. 1992 Shandong Longkou Corrugated Tube Manufactory was founded with the investment of RMB 3 million;
◇ Oct. 1993 It was entitled Shandong Hi-tech Enterprise; chairman & general manager Wang Weixiu was awarded “Special Contributed Expert” along with special subsidy by State Council in the same month;
◇ Jul. 1994 Longkou Electrical Machine Research Co., Ltd. was set up;
◇ Oct. 1994 “RD computer controlled winding machine” and other two were ranked in 1994 National Latest Products;

◇ Mar. 1995 Awarded “Shandong Star in China Patent”; the new plant was completed with the investment of RMB 10 million;
◇ 1996 undertook Provincial Torch Plan “Metal Corrugated Tube Bellow”;
◇ Aug. 1998 Awarded “technical innovation demonstrative enterprise”; electrical machine factory and corrugated tube manufactory were ISO9001 certified by China Certification Center for Quality Mark; in Oct., RMB 2 million was invested to establish Longkou Zhongji Pulp-molded Factory; in Dec., it was purchased by 36 persons including Wang Weixiu and became a privately-owned enterprise;
◇ Jan. 1999 Based on original Shandong Zhongji Electrical Machine Factory, Shandong Zhongji Electrical Machine Co., Ltd. was registered; in Jun., it took over Longkou Auto Fitting Factory;
◇ Mar. 2000 Authorized “National Hi-tech Enterprise” by the Ministry of Science and Technology of PRC; in Apr., obtained “proprietary right of import and export” from Shandong Committee of Foreign Trade; in Jun, Longkou Auto Fitting Factory was ISO9002 certified;
◇ Aug. 2001 Longkou Zhongji Vessel Manufactory was certified “BR1 Pressure Manufacture License” by Shandong Bureau of Technical Supervision;
◇ Sep.2001 Automatic double-station side vertical winding machine got the third place of Shandong Technical Progress Award;
◇ Oct. 2002 Designated as “Shandong Technical SME” by Shandong Department of Science and Technology;
◇ Dec. 2003 The registered capital was changed from RMB 8 million to RMB 20 million.

◇ Feb. 2004, “Metal Corrugated Tube Bellow” of Longkou Zhongji Pressure Vessel Manufacture Co., Ltd. was awarded “Special Equipment Manufacture License” by Shandong Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision;
◇ Nov. 2005 “Stator Horizontal Lacing Machine” was ranked Top3 among Shandong Technical Progress Award; “stator terminal loop shaper” was listed among National New Product Plan;
◇ May 2005 Chairman Wang Weixiu visited Italy F.V.Z. Corp. and the two parties made economic trade agreement.
◇ In November of 2006, Logo of Zhongji Brand was registered trade mark of “Famous Trademark” by Shandong Administration of Industry and Commerce.
◇ In 2006, Kx3-1015 Programme Controlled Shift Wire Inserting Machine was ranked “Famous products of Shandong”.
◇ In 2006, Technology Center of Zhongji was ranked “Enterprise Technology Center of Shandong Province”.
